Date Pudding with Sweet Caramel Sauce:

The dates are the seasonal fruit in the winter season. A date pudding can be a delicious dish to start with. Soak the dates in water with bicarbonate soda and set aside. Now in a mixer or blender, mix butter, cream, brown sugar, eggs, flour, cinnamon and dates. Stir it well till the mixture becomes fluffy. Pour the mixture in pan holes and bake it. The cooking time is around 20-25 minutes. To make sauce, take caster sugar in frying pan, stir till it turns brown. Remove from heat and add cream, add salt and butter and heat for another 5 mins. Serve the pudding in a bowl. Pour the caramel sauce on top.

A Beef pie with Mushroom and Onion

Take a frying pan. Add two spoons of oil. Add onion, seasoning and cook till brown, Add sugar and vinegar and keep aside for cooling. Now take mushroom and zucchini in a different pan, cook on medium flame till it becomes soft. Add mince and onion mixture to pan while sprinkle some flour. Add stock and keep stirring the pan. When the mixture become soft, add sauce and boil it. Let it get thickened. Transfer to a baking dish. Top with pastry. Brush it with egg. Cut a small slit in center of pastry. Bake for 25 minutes or until puffed and golden.

Cauliflower mac 'n' cheese

Cauliflower gives the crunchy taste when fired with the coating of corn flour. That is the essence of this dish. Boil the normal pasta separately in a salty water mixture.We will add Cauliflower at the last. Take a saucepan with oil. Add some flour. When the bubbling starts, add milk. Add some whiskey to make it smooth. When it is about to get cooked, add peas, parsley, mustard and garlic. Add salt and pepper for taste. Add bread crumbs and bake for some time till the top is golden brown. Ensure the top layer is crispy.
